Dear Valued Customers:

Pursuant to Decision 630/QD-NHNN dated March 31, 2017 of the State Bank of Vietnam on the plan to apply security solutions in online payment, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited - Hanoi City Branch (ICBC Hanoi Branch) would like to inform our valued customers on some changes in relation to operating individual and corporate internet banking services as follows:
1. Subjects of application: Individual and corporate customers
2. Scope of application:
+ For individual customers: Money transfer transaction within ICBC Hanoi (between different account holders) and inter-bank money transfer transaction whose amount is VND 500 million or more.
+ For corporate customers: Money transfer transaction within ICBC Hanoi (between different account holders) and inter-bank money transfer transaction whose amount is VND 1 billion or more.
3. Content of application: Using advanced Token OTP when performing the above transactions via personal internet banking service (including Online Banking and Mobile Banking) and corporate internet banking service.
4. Time of application: From July 1, 2019
5. Instructions for operation:
Step 1: Enter the transfer information, then select "Transaction / Confirm / Submit"
Step 2: In the internet banking interface to enter the dynamic status code, a sequence of 8-digit authentication numbers will appear as follows:

Step 3: Open the Token-key and enter the password to open the device (Note: do not press the "OK" key on the Token-key)
Step 4: When the Token-key screen displays 1 bar as follows, enter the above 8-digit sequence into Token-key

Step 5: Press "OK" on Token-key
Step 6: Token-key screen displays 6-digit dynamic status password. You enter the dynamic password into the computer interface (Note: the dynamic status password will change every 2 minutes, therefore be sure that the dynamic status password you enter  is not overdue).
Notes:
1. For corporate customers within the scope of application requirements, only operators must perform as above instructions.
2. Transactions that are not within the required scope, Customers still proceed to get the dynamic status password as usual.
