What should I do if my login password was frozen? |
If you are log in wrong password 3 times within 24 hours, your login password will be temporarity frozen. And it will be automatically released on the next day. If customers want to release password immediately, they could bring card (or deposit book) and valid ID card (or passport) to the counter for application. |
What should I do if I have forgotten my login password? |
Customers can bring valid ID card or passport(documents that used to open cards) to the counter to application for password replacement. |
What is the security key for transferring via E-banking? |
ICBC Hanoi's Token key |
In each of the external transfer, system ask to enter a dynamic password, how does the customer get the dynamic password in Token key? |
Firstly, customers open Token key, enter the Token key's password (password that set up in first time using Token key), then press OK. This password changes after each 120 seconds. |
What should I do if my Token key is lost? |
Customers can bring valid ID card or passport(documents that used to open cards) and card or deposit book that connected with E-banking account to the counter to application for Token key replacement. |
